About WeAct
WeAct is a collaborative chat app designed to amplify grassroots activism, giving social movements the tools for more effective ways of communicating and organizing.
The challenge
With ambitious goals to launch a grassroots activism app, WeAct had an urgent need to source mission-driven talent across UI/UX design, front-end development, and content marketing. However, with a typical start-up budget and a focus on agile growth, hiring full-time employees would have posed significant risks.
